Frequently Asked QuestionsHow long have you been in business?The founders have been active in real estate since the mid 1990's. We have been generating quality real estate leads since 2000, and our online lead generation began in 2001. How many leads can I expect?We generate 5 to 50 leads per month, depending on the market. If you need your inbox packed full of leads to the point that you're pulling your hair out, we are not for you. We generate quality, not quantity. How many other realtors receive the lead?None. You will be the exclusive real estate agent in your market. What other kind of leads do you generate?None, we are real estate experts. We stick to what we know. What is the cost per lead?We have divided the nation into 4 classes: A, B, C, and D. Class A markets are cities like San Francisco and Miami. These are hot markets with high appreciation and quick sale cycles. Class B markets have high home values but slower sale cycles, like New York and Hartford. Atlanta and Dallas are two examples of Class C markets — large markets that generate lots of leads, but have slightly slower sale cycles and lower home values. Finally, Class D markets consist of cities like Nashville and Charlotte. What information will I receive?Our consumers provide the most detailed information of any lead seller we have seen. What sources do you use to generate the leads?They are too numerous too list. Do you provide buyer leads as well?Yes we do. However, that is not our focus. Buyer leads that come to us will be forwarded to you for the time being at no additional cost. Some companies provide training through the sales cycle. Do you?No. We only want to work with experienced realtors that already have the knowledge and know-how to deal with the consumer. That allows you to do what you do best: list and sell. What is you cancellation policy?Simply put, if you are not happy, you can cancel at any time. We don't believe that will happen, though. With our existing arrangements with consumers, we have only had 2% turnover from our partners. Who else can say that? How do you know they are motivated?Our marketing process targets only those who need to sell their home quickly. Our average target time to sell is 3 weeks. Why does the consumer need to sell quickly?The reasons are numerous: relocation, juggling two mortgages, behind on their payments, divorce, military transfer, soon-to-be-expired listing, don't want to deal with the hassle of home repairs, getting out of the rental market (investors), estate sales, etc. The values of the homes through your site must be low compared to the national average then, right?No, the value of the homes submitted are roughly 5-10% under normal market value. If I fill out the form, does that guarantee that I will get the market of my choice?No, we are only accepting experienced professionals. We believe in giving the consumer choices for property disposal, and we believe in giving the real estate agent a high ROI. What percentage of the leads will I be able to convert?On average a really good agent should be able to close — not list, but close — 1 out of every 10 of our leads.
