I have been with House Buyer Network and their lead generation service since the first of the year. It is sort of like Christmas everyday when I get a lead from them, because I always know it is going to turn into something positive. I list roughly 20% of the leads I receive. I'm able to call and reach around 80% of the sellers. I've been very happy with the system itself and the quality of the House Buyer Network leads. I also contract with Housevalue.com, which has been going on for about 18 months, but I will be canceling that contract. Their leads aren't worth a nickel to be quite honest. They try to tell me that I am working the leads incorrectly. The bottom line is that people find their program, but do not leave valid information. I am dropping their system, and House Buyer Network will be the only lead service I use from now on.

I started with House Buyer Network back in mid July. Within my first 30 days, I knew I was on to something. These sellers are already motivated, and sometimes I am able to list their homes over the phone. The second person I called had no one to help him, so I called the builder and negotiated a deal. I received a 4% commission, making $24,000 on that deal which was my first with House Buyer Network.
